Commercial Office Fit Out, Hethel Norfolk

We had been working with Timothy Jackson and his team for some time on either refurbishing their existing premise or growing into somewhere new. This new unit was selected and just happened to be next door to an existing client of ours who we provided a full turnkey fit for the previous year. This acted as a great example of what we can offer and the finish and high standard we set.

After producing a full site survey of the existing empty unit we designed a layout to best suit the needs for the client and how they would use the space. This allowed us to design an office and welfare block at the front of the building leaving plenty of space for their custom machinery.

Once the go ahead was given a bespoke mezzanine floor, staircase and toilet layout was designed and installed. This allowed for the jumbo partition full height fire wall to be constructed around the outside of the mezzanine, enclosing the area. This then allowed for the internal partition walls to be built forming the offices, toilets and canteen area.

We carried out the full Fit Out including suspended ceiling, decoration, flooring.

This particular commercial office Fit Out included some custom elements including the timber staircase our in house team built on site, feature lighting design using halo lighting, a custom drop down ceiling detail to suit the meeting table layout and feature design doors with inset door detailing and vision panels.

We also carried out all of the electrical and plumbing aspects of the work including a full workshop Fit Out of all the power and data requirements needed by the client. This included heating and cooling through our air conditioning team.
