“A fresh place to freshen up”

When problems with drainage coincide with the need to renew fixtures and fittings, it’s time for a complete washroom refurbishment.

Acorn Works was commissioned by IFF to make good the faulty drainage in the ladies and gents staff washroom area at their production and manufacturing site, while also bringing the facilities up to date.

New partition walls and suspended ceilings provided a complete face-lift and a new backdrop for the washroom facilities, which included new cubicles and vanity units. Sanitary-ware such as toilets, basins, cisterns taps and flushes were all fitted, along with a fully tiled mosaic feature tile in corporate colour finishes and matching new vinyl flooring.

The finishing touches were decoration, new mirrors and LED flat panel lighting which improved energy efficiency.

A complete turnkey service, including plumbing and electricians, meant that IFF only had to deal with one contractor throughout.
