We recently completed a full office block refurbishment for new customer Smardt Chillers UK Ltd.

An international company with offices right around the globe, the Thetford site was to be their first branch in the UK and we were very excited to be part of their journey.

Over two floors, new offices and working spaces were created thanks to the strategic use of partitioning walls. We introduced lots of glazing to let in the light for a more pleasant working environment.  While a sound proof wall was constructed in the ground floor area to help minimise the warehouse noise from intruding into the office space.

The initial guidance from one of our contract managers was vital in helping the client to achieve their end goal and ultimately the project was completed on time and to budget.
