Commercial Refurbishment Veterinary Surgery Project - Stowmarket, Suffolk
A complete commercial refurbishment turnkey conversion of a 300m² office suite into a new state-of-the-art clinic, catering for dogs, cats and small animals, required finishing to the highest standards and within a tight timescale.
This project required a complete stripout of flooring, ceilings, electrical and data supplies, presenting an open plan area for division into three operating theatres, four consulting rooms, staff room, reception area, kitchen and kennels.
Works included new drains, blockwork, plasterboard walls, suspended ceilings, data, electrics, lighting, smoke detection, heating, cooling, ventilation, flooring, hot and cold supplies, external door and fencing. Installation and plumbing of specialist sink units were essential to the project along with hygienic PVC cladding on all the internal walls of the operating rooms and moisture resistant light units.
