We were given the keys to a newly built unit with a blank interior and completed a full commercial office fit out of the area spread over two floors including a new reception area, welfare facilities, canteen, tea points, offices, meeting room, warehouse and wash bay.

Once the first floor structure was installed through a mezzanine floor, the new partition walls were constructed to create the newly designed layout. This included a new jumbo wall to provide separation from the offices and warehouse. Dry lining to the outer walls to suit the large external windows opening up the space enabling natural light to flow through each area.

This allowed for the first fix electrics and underfloor heating to be fitted.

The walls were completed in a smooth painted finish to allow the new suspended ceiling grid system to be installed through the rooms which facilitated a full lighting design to be installed.

The joinery items where then fitted with timber skirting and door frames with all doors hung and swung. New tea points were also fitted to the design.

In the welfare facilities a modern tiled design was applied to suit the overall interior design with new toilet basins, sink wash basins and a shower room complete with glass screen.

We also fitted new commercial office flooring throughout the design through a mixture of soft and hard flooring within the given area.

A new staircase complete with glass handrail was installed with a full office furniture fit out and design.

The overall redesign of this Norwich based company really gave a wow statement and matched the design of the clients commercial HGV in the clean cut white finish with black feature colours.
